Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Luisito Bieito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, Darragueira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Lorencio to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Burni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Cordaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Gimenez having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilo Cai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horacio Gimenez. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. If Luisito Bieito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Teofilo Cai took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Horacio Gimenez to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Burni in the 33rd minute of play forced Darragueira FC's goalkeeper Matias Paskal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Cordaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Costa Brava's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Cai came free, but Horacio Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Cai to make the kick off. If Teofilo Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Gimenez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Cordaro went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Casimiro Burni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darragueira FC's Teofilo Cai got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Costa Brava's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Cai came free, but Horacio Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Gimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Horacio Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Cai in the 73rd minute of play. Horacio Gimenez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilo Cai's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Igor Cordaro scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horacio Gimenez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Teofilo Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Darragueira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Cai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Gimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Guillermo Harriet fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Brava's protests and gave Guillermo Harriet a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee ended the match the Darragueira FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
