Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casimiro Pirmin started the match with the kick off. Deportivo Santamarina's Nunez Heli got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ovidio Columbo fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curumalán AFC's protests and gave Ovidio Columbo a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 minutes, Nunez Heli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Santamarina and the Curumalán AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo Santamarina getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Nunez Heli hit a great ball. Casimiro Pirmin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matias Romildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Casimiro Pirmin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Matias Romildo to make any attempt to save it. In the 23rd minute, Erasmo Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Romildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Heli in the 24th minute. Curumalán AFC's Matias Romildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Pirmin in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Casimiro Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Santamarina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Pirmin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Casimiro Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Casimiro Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curumalán AFC's Matias Romildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Pirmin in the 66th minute of play. Nunez Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Romildo having to interfere. Nunez Heli scored 2-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Romildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casimiro Pirmin struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Matias Romildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Santamarina. Nunez Heli scored 3-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Romildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nunez Heli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Matias Romildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Romildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Pirmin in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Nunez Heli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, one of Curumalán AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Curumalán AFC:s Matias Romildo showed great skill when he stopped Abelardo Cugat:s penalty. Casimiro Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Matias Romildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Santamarina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
