Recoleta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uspallata FC the free kick. A collision led to Recoleta FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Leonel Feo hit a great ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Mario Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uspallata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Lon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lázaro Luken struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Emiliano Hegoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uspallata FC. Emiliano Hegoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Lon in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, Uspallata FC's Lázaro Luken made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Hegoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lázaro Luken blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Hegoi having to make a save. Mario Lon scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Hegoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Lázaro Luken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Hegoi was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anastasio Loreto made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Recoleta FC's zone, Narciso Firme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Hegoi came out of the goal and Narciso Firme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emiliano Hegoi made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Mario Lon sent off a good shot on target. If Lázaro Luken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Lon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro Luken had several of the Recoleta FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Emiliano Hegoi as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Emiliano Hegoi managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Uspallata FC's Mario Lon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 87th minute Mario Lon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Hegoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Recoleta FC's Emiliano Hegoi got control of the ball when Mario Lon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emiliano Hegoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Luken in the 89th minute of the match. If Mario Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Luken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uspallata FC played a much better game than Recoleta FC and deserved their victory. The Recoleta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
