Apolo Fonda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mariano Tiniebra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Estavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Apolo Fonda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egusquiza were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after JUANJO F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Silvestre Sabin took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in JUANJO F.C.'s zone, Apolo Fonda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Tiniebra came out of the goal and Apolo Fonda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, Egusquiza's Erubiel Estavan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Tiniebra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of JUANJO F.C. booed when Egusquiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Estavan got in the 17th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mariano Tiniebra handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, JUANJO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Fonda came free, but Mariano Tiniebra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Apolo Fonda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Tiniebra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Egusquiza's Erubiel Estavan in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JUANJO F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Mariano Tiniebra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Tiniebra came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Egusquiza's Erubiel Estavan. But to his dismay, Erubiel Estavan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Erubiel Estavan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Tiniebra having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Fonda in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Tiniebra saved JUANJO F.C. from getting behind. Egusquiza's Erubiel Estavan got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Erubiel Estavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Tiniebra came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Egusquiza's Apolo Fonda. But to his dismay, Apolo Fonda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Erubiel Estavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adolfo Ponc charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Ponc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to JUANJO F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Adolfo Ponc hit a great ball. Apolo Fonda in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariano Tiniebra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With splendid footwork Erubiel Estavan arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-6 by the left pole in the game's 71st minute. The supporters of Egusquiza booed when JUANJO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Presebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes JUANJO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Benito Cebo. Erubiel Estavan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Tiniebra having to make a save. Apolo Fonda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Mariano Tiniebra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Estavan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariano Tiniebra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Apolo Fonda got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mariano Tiniebra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
