Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Camilo Txaran kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd play minute Arnaldo Ritchie came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilfredo Breogan. 1-0. Carlos Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Galindo in the 6th minute of play. Wilfredo Breogan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camilo Txaran in the 11th minute. Wilfredo Breogan was a little too slow when Camilo Txaran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. 23 minutes into the match, Cerrito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Txaran came free, but Wilfredo Breogan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Simon Bastia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilfredo Breogan, 3-0. Ernesto Fernado's late challenge caught a Cerrito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Fernado helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Ernesto Fernado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Arnaldo Ritchie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Arnaldo Ritchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Txaran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Arnaldo Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Ritchie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Camilo Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Ernesto Fernado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cerrito AFC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Breogan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnaldo Ritchie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo Breogan having to make a save. Camilo Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Damian Galindo made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Vedillo. Clara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 70 played minutes Cerrito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Galindo. When Arnaldo Ritchie came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Clara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Ritchie couldn't finish the play. Wilfredo Breogan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonides Mendebal's late challenge caught a Clara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Mendebal helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Cerrito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Mendebal. Wilfredo Breogan came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Clara's Camilo Txaran. But to his dismay, Camilo Txaran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Arnaldo Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfredo Breogan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. During the 84th minute of the match Ernesto Fernado completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ernesto Fernado a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 85th match minute, Clara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Fernado to maneuver through the defense. If Arnaldo Ritchie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cerrito AFC's Wilfredo Breogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Ritchie in the 93rd minute of play. Camilo Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Wilfredo Breogan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clara walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
