FC MARTINA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dalmacio Lizar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Nemesio Quinitos short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Fabio Gomez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Vigil in the 16th minute of play forced FC MARTINA's goalkeeper Nicasio Veto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Veto having to interfere. Nicasio Veto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Veto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Vigil's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. If Nemesio Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Lizar in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicasio Veto saved FC MARTINA from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Arnulfo Emmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Villela got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Hitzeder.

Nicasio Veto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Lizar in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Dalmacio Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Veto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceferino Vigil got free with Nicasio Veto in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dalmacio Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Veto having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Dalmacio Lizar took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Nicasio Veto to make any attempt to save it. Dalmacio Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Nicasio Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Vigil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Nicasio Veto made a huge save. Dalmacio Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Veto having to interfere. In the last second Nicasio Veto throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dalmacio Lizar in the 85thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dalmacio Lizar let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 85th minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post. Fabio Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Handi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC MARTINA booed when Villela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Hitzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
