An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Gorka in the 3rd minute of play forced Lopiara's goalkeeper Vladimiro Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 played minutes Lopiara got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Celio. Vladimiro Sidro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorato Silban went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Americo Suarez charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Americo Suarez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Americo Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Siro Balasi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albano Polo was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Siro Balasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Albano Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Tobias Peru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albano Polo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Ponc went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidoro Oso during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Solanet FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Isidoro Oso hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Federico Gorka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Honorato Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solanet FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Silban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Sidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Lopiara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Solanet FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorato Silban to strike the kick off in the second half. 65 minutes into the match, Solanet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Balasi came free, but Albano Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Solanet FC's Zeledon Clementi got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Siro Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Polo having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Solanet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Balasi came free, but Albano Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Solanet FC's zone, Juan Ponc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albano Polo came out of the goal and Juan Ponc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 88 minutes of play, Lopiara's Siro Balasi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albano Polo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juan Ponc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
