Matadores FC's Artemio Bermudez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Matadores FC from getting a goal against them. Feliciano Chumo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute of the match Candido Firmo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebio Hotz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Maximiliano Totakoxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Bermudez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Serapio's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Maximiliano Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Bermudez having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Ismael Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Angel Alonso made the kick off in the second half. Artemio Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Hotz came out of the goal and Jonathan Curcio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Instituto.Cba's goalkeeper Eusebio Hotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Instituto.Cba's Eusebio Hotz got control of the ball when Jonathan Curcio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Feliciano Chumo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. After 66 played minutes Instituto.Cba got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Chumo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Alonso in the 67th minute of play forced Instituto.Cba's goalkeeper Eusebio Hotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Instituto.Cba booed when Matadores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Jesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Bermudez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Instituto.Cba. After 84 played minutes Matadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Hermelando. 86 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Totakoxe came free, but Artemio Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Alonso in the 87th minute of play forced Instituto.Cba's goalkeeper Eusebio Hotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
