The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Efrain Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, Capillitas AFC's Leopoldo Pudes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basilio Jayvier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Capillitas AFC reached it. If Efrain Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Capillitas AFC's Saturnino Llope got a free kick in the 16th minute. Efrain Vedillo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Lisandro Loco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Enfermos FC. If Efrain Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enfermos FC's Laureano Venceslao got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 played minutes, Enfermos FC's Aaron Guillelme shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lisandro Loco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Enfermos FC reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Enfermos FC's zone, Justino Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Jayvier came out of the goal and Justino Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Justino Quinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Capillitas AFC's Dalmacio Dalmai got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laureano Venceslao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laureano Venceslao made a kick off. A collision led to Capillitas AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Hernan Brais hit a great ball. Lisandro Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Venceslao in the 55th minute of play. Mariano Gaitano kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Laureano Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Efrain Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lisandro Loco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Capillitas AFC's Lisandro Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Venceslao in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Capillitas AFC booed when Enfermos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Bertran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Jayvier having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Efrain Vedillo could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Lisandro Loco however easily saved by the left post. Dalmacio Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Basilio Jayvier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
