Raul Bernad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Rik, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Horacio Karmel in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robustiano Vellito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Wilfredo Christobal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Raul Bernad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Oskitz was shown his second yellow card after 12 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Frías FC booed when En Quiebra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. En Quiebra FC's Raul Bernad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Rik in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Frías FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Victorino Mendez was slow to take the kick. During this time En Quiebra FC's players had a chance to rest. Emilio Brais charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emilio Brais the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute of the match Lorenzo Fliz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raul Bernad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Horacio Karmel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Ulises Perico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Ugaitz struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Robustiano Vellito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for En Quiebra FC. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Karmel was the one to do the kick off. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Frías FC's Lorenzo Fliz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raul Bernad. Robustiano Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Karmel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Dolcet's late challenge caught a Frías FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Dolcet helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes En Quiebra FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Dolcet. Nemesio Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience cheered loudly when Lorenzo Fliz's long shot in the 74th minute became 0-2 when the ball went to the left of and passed Raul Bernad. 81 minutes into the match, Frías FC's Anacleto Rik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Bernad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute Horacio Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Anacleto Rik came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Frías FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Rik couldn't finish the play. The En Quiebra FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Frías FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Frías FC.
