Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Faustino Petri kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Celedonio Montes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Bieito. Telechea F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Montes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Selvas's Celedonio Montes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Faustino Petri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Monico having to interfere. Agustin Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Freddy Eron hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Anier Maureo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Celedonio Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Celedonio Montes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Bieito. Faustino Petri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rolando Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Fabricio Resto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Celedonio Montes put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Bieito. Patricio Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fausto Bieito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selvas's Celedonio Montes got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Selvas's Felipe Vellito got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Selvas got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Vigil. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Montes was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Celedonio Montes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Bieito was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Celedonio Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Bieito having to interfere. In the 61st minute of the match Jacobo Torres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Monico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rolando Monico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabricio Resto in the 62nd minute. If Rodrigo Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Selvas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Telechea F.C.:s goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Freddy Eron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rolando Monico. That made the score 5-1 in the 72 minute of play. After 78 minutes, Patricio Vigil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selvas and the Telechea F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Celedonio Montes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Selvas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Garoa to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Monico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Petri in the 89th minute of play. Celedonio Montes took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Bieito. Fausto Bieito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Celedonio Montes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Selvas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
