In the 24th match minute, Bristol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Xabier to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Petri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faustino Petri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Laureano Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benito Sanson made a kick off. Amadeo Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Bertol having to interfere. After having played for 55 minutes, Faustino Petri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Telechea F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Petri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amadeo Rameriz's late challenge caught a Telechea F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Rameriz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bristol FC's Amadeo Rameriz got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Telechea F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Bieito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Freddy Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Llorian during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Telechea F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Llorian to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Benito Sanson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Bieito was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Emiliano Xabier charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Xabier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Bristol FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Xabier. Bristol FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
