Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Abel Romildo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by El Deportivo Junior's Artemio Donio. But to his dismay, Artemio Donio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7thth minute of the game Artemio Donio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotfield's Abel Romildo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, one of Scotfield:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Abel Romildo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Mingo's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Artemio Donio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Romildo was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Deportivo Junior's goalkeeper Valentin Tristan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Romildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Mingo in the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Scotfield getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Aristides Ondino hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, El Deportivo Junior's Ernesto Rivero tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bernardo Mingo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Abel Romildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Deportivo Junior. After 47 played minutes Scotfield got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Transito. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Iker Gelacio made the kick off in the second half. Gerardo Jacob might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valentin Tristan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerardo Jacob ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo Mingo might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Romildo. Abel Romildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Mingo in the 59th minute of the match. Artemio Donios short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Abel Romildo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bernardo Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Scotfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Transito to maneuver through the defense. El Deportivo Junior's Ernesto Rivero shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abel Romildo but with some difficulty. Geronimo Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Iker Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Tristan having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, El Deportivo Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Gelacio came free, but Valentin Tristan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Deportivo Junior's Bernardo Mingo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Scotfield's Abel Romildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Mingo in the 97th minute of play.
