Serafin Gimenez charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Gimenez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Serafin Gimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Ubaldo Enmanuel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carolo Crescencio. Mitre FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Tiaguas AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gregorio Lizbeth hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Florinio in the 17th minute of play forced Tiaguas AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Batista charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jacobo Benvido's late challenge caught a Tiaguas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edelmiro Chano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Chano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carolo Crescencio, 1-1. Genaro Batista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carolo Crescencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ubaldo Enmanuel hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Tiaguas AFC's Edelmiro Chano got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Rosendo Florinio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Guerau was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 82 minutes into the game, Narciso Bazkoare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiaguas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mitre FC the free kick. After 82 played minutes Tiaguas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Bazkoare. 85 minutes into the match, Genaro Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carolo Crescencio. Mitre FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Genaro Batista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
