Jacobo Ederono made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Lino Bastian kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Vicente Milian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prudencio Crispo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Urtats having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Prudencio Crispo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burruyacú AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prudencio Crispo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Gregorio Lekubegi made a precise shot to the right of Isaac Urtats. MINK FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gregorio Lekubegi made the kick off in the second half. Isaac Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Ederono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Burruyacú AFC's zone, Vicente Milian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Ederono came out of the goal and Vicente Milian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Burruyacú AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
