Aaron Cordairo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Cordairo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ovejería FC's Aaron Cordairo got a free kick in the 9th minute. Primitivo Matxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Perez having to interfere. Primitivo Matxin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Primitivo Matxin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cristo Perez. Emanuel Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Oso in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Errapel got free with Emanuel Cordeal in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Palban, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Francisco Palban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ovejería FC's Cristo Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Elena's Emanuel Cordeal got control of the ball when Ladislao Errapel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Elena booed when Ovejería FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Chico didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ladislao Errapel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ovejería FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Errapel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Cordeal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovejería FC's Cristo Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Palban in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Ovejería FC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Matxin came free, but Cristo Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ovejería FC's Cristo Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Ovejería FC from getting a goal against them. If Francisco Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Quintyn hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Ladislao Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Emanuel Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Elena could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ovejería FC throughout the match.
