In the 7th minute Daniel Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Ekain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Ulapes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Jerano came free, but Jorge Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Ekain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Jerano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Vladimiro Timo made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Ekain. Ulapes AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Baltasar Jerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jorge Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Ulapes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Hondo came free, but Jorge Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Everardo Pello fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macedo AFC's protests and gave Everardo Pello a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Everardo Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Eneto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Atarratze having to make a save. Daniel Hondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Macedo AFC's Baltasar Jerano in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benigno Uzuri to make the kick off. Vladimiro Timo hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Macedo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Eneto came free, but Hugo Atarratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Macedo AFC booed when Ulapes AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Eneto didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ulapes AFC's Jorge Ekain got control of the ball when Baltasar Jerano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baltasar Jerano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Ekain having to interfere. Angelo Eneto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baltasar Jerano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 86 played minutes Ulapes AFC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Constancio. 91 minutes into the match, Daniel Hondo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ulapes AFC's Jorge Ekain. Jorge Ekain was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Daniel Hondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macedo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Hondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Ekain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Macedo AFC played a much better game than Ulapes AFC and deserved their victory. The Ulapes AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
