Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Eron got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Eugenio Pacorro hit a great ball. Azul FC's Eleuterio Salomone couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Boca Juniors. After 8 minutes, Gonzalo Demario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors and the Azul FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, one of Boca Juniors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boca Juniors. Aquiles Berenguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aquiles Berenguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Luciano Goiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Vachon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Guib in the 23rd minute of the match. Boca Juniors's Luciano Goiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Eron in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Eron in the 33rd minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Luciano Goiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rigoberto Acevedo fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azul FC's protests and gave Rigoberto Acevedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th match minute, Azul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, one of Azul FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Azul FC. In the 43rd minute, Eugenio Pacorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Vachon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 50 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Gervaso came free, but Luciano Goiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 51st minute Azul FC were awarded a corner. Eleuterio Salomone went to the cornerflag to take it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalmacio Ihazintu was the one to do the kick off. Aquiles Berenguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Luciano Goiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Goiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Eron, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Aquiles Berenguer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luciano Goiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the game, Eugenio Pacorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azul FC the free kick. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rigoberto Acevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Mitxaut hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Azul FC's Eleuterio Salomone tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Gervaso kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Joel Eron came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Azul FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Eron couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Conrado Illart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Joel Eron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Santos in the 98th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Luciano Goiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 100 minutes into the match, Joel Eron notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Boca Juniors's Luciano Goiz. Luciano Goiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Azul FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
