Higuerita FC's Genaro Jerico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Higuerita FC from getting a goal against them. Jacobo Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Berdoi in the 12th minute of the match. If Mateo Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Benedicto Primo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Higuerita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Primo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benito Florin got free with Genaro Jerico in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Mateo Berdoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jacobo Medina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Mateo Berdoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Higuerita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Berdoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Medina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sey's goalkeeper Jacobo Medina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Americo Padro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Benedicto Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Medina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Berdoi went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Odol made a kick off. When Julian Theobald came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Higuerita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Theobald couldn't finish the play. Mateo Berdoi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jacobo Medina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Higuerita FC. Jacobo Medina made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Benedicto Primo sent off a good shot on target. Benedicto Primo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jacobo Medina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Berdoi scored 0-4 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Medina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateo Berdoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Benedicto Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
