After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Ulises Bertin managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACID BAND's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Bertin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Sanchez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Sanchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Bertin in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Roman FC's Haroldo Jorrin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Ekain narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victorio Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Ekain having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 53 played minutes Roman FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Jorrin. Nicasio Rutenio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Iraido kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Horacio Belarmo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Roman FC's zone, Ulises Bertin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Sanchez came out of the goal and Ulises Bertin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulises Bertin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Vicente Sanchez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Victorio Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Ekain having to interfere. Ulises Bertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicasio Rutenio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the ACID BAND players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Roman FC.
