In the 37th minute, Espinillos AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Celedonio Clemencin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 38 played minutes Pucará got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Clemencin. After a defensive mix-up in Pucará's zone, Rene Eguntsenti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascual Oskarbi came out of the goal and Rene Eguntsenti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Martxelin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Marcial Osoitz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Narciso Henry. Marcial Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Artaldo in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingo Lehior made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Pucará got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Peter. Blas Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Peter in the 61st minute of the match. Marcial Prejun struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Pascual Oskarbi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espinillos AFC. Pucará's Pascual Oskarbi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Pucará from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Artemio Garikoitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Osoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Pascual Oskarbi made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Blas Etxepare sent off a good shot on target. Marcial Prejun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Domingo Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
