Pimenteros FC's Joel Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Guillelmus in the 52nd minute of play forced Navarro AFC's goalkeeper Hugo Claus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Navarro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roque Ortle. 56 minutes into the game, Emanuel Cuarto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pimenteros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Navarro AFC the free kick. A collision led to Pimenteros FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play.
