In the 6th match minute, Thames AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Hartz to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Thames AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Poz came free, but Patricio Baudelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Baudelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Montxo in the 10th minute of the match. Fulgencio Dantae's late challenge caught a Thames AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Dantae helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Arsenal Lr getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fulgencio Dantae hit a great ball. In the 13th match minute, Thames AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Emeterio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Thames AFC's Dionisio Seme got a free kick in the 15th minute. Arsenal Lr's Fulgencio Dantae couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Thames AFC. Patricio Baudelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Flores in the 24th minute of the match. Claudio Salomon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Emeterio in the 40th minute. Arsenal Lr's Claudio Salomon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal Lr from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paolo Tauro in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Salomon saved Arsenal Lr from getting behind. The supporters of Arsenal Lr booed when Thames AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Liher didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Arsenal Lr's Claudio Salomon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Tauro in the 59th minute of play. Dionisio Seme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Claudio Salomon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Emeterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Salomon having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Aristides Emeterio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal Lr's Claudio Salomon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudio Salomon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Emeterio in the 73rd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Arsenal Lr's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Emeterio came free, but Claudio Salomon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Salomon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The corner was taken by Rolando Liher in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Flores got free with Patricio Baudelio in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thames AFC's Patricio Baudelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Poz in the 94th minute of play. Benicio Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenal Lr's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
