Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adan Stephen made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 7 minutes, Arnoldo Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cejolao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Shepherd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cejolao FC's Angelo Harkaitz got a free kick in the 9th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Zeledon Eguerdi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carolo Lobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zeledon Eguerdi came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carolo Lobo could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Comunicaciones's Aurelio Martxel got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Stephen in the 27th minute of play forced Cejolao FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Eguerdi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carolo Lobo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Eguerdi got free with Carolo Lobo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Comunicaciones's Carolo Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Shepherd in the 33rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Cejolao FC's Carolo Lobo threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnoldo Shepherd, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Carolo Lobo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Zeledon Eguerdi sent off a good shot on target. Sergio Rafe's late challenge caught a Comunicaciones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Rafe helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cejolao FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sergio Rafe hit a great ball. When Cejolao FC's Zeledon Eguerdi in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Comunicaciones's goalie prevented a goal. When Comunicaciones's Adan Stephen in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cejolao FC's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

With his leg Ermegildo Llanos managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Comunicaciones's Anselmo Sasoin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 66th minute, Angelo Harkaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes Comunicaciones got a freekick which was hit by Donato Garoa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Eguerdi in the 77th minute of play forced Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Carolo Lobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cejolao FC's Patricio Abad couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Comunicaciones. If Arnoldo Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Lobo having to interfere. Carolo Lobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Shepherd in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Adan Stephen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comunicaciones's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Stephen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Llanos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Stephen in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Llanos saved Cejolao FC from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Cejolao FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
