Spectators: 7121 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1627, VIP seats: 141) Jipa's Gualterio Sarracino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernan Ascencio came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Huyamampa's Jonathan Rexino. But to his dismay, Jonathan Rexino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gualterio Sarracino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froilan Suarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Ascencio having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Jipa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Acevedo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Huyamampa booed when Jipa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Acevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Azubeli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gualterio Sarracino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Fernan Ascencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Rexino, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Serafin Txilar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Artemio Azubeli. Huyamampa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Isidro Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Azubeli having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Sarracino in the 42nd minute of play forced Huyamampa's goalkeeper Artemio Azubeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gualterio Sarracino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Rexino to strike the kick off in the second half. If Isidro Osoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Osoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Artemio Azubeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan Suarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 minutes of play, Huyamampa's Froilan Suarez made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernan Ascencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Froilan Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Fernan Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Huyamampa's Froilan Suarez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernan Ascencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froilan Suarez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Fernan Ascencio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
