Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aquiles Gartzen made the kick off which started today's match. Salvador Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Micael having to interfere. When Lechuza's Higinio Acevedo in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.S.y R ESPAÑOL's goalie prevented a goal. Aquiles Gartzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Ekaitz having to interfere. The supporters of Lechuza booed when C.S.y R ESPAÑOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Bembe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Higinio Acevedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Micael, 1-0. Cleto Ekaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Herrera in the 23rd minute of play forced Lechuza's goalkeeper Cleto Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Jose Micael managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Lechuza's Salvador Fernandez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Higinio Acevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Herrera in the 33rd minute of play forced Lechuza's goalkeeper Cleto Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes C.S.y R ESPAÑOL got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Bembe. If Salvador Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Salvador Fernandez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jose Micael to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in C.S.y R ESPAÑOL's zone, Higinio Acevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Micael came out of the goal and Higinio Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Salvador Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Modesto Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute Salvador Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Micael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lechuza getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Amado Bikendi hit a great ball. C.S.y R ESPAÑOL's Jose Micael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Acevedo in the 86th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, C.S.y R ESPAÑOL's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Fernandez came free, but Jose Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Higinio Acevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Micael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Micael came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Lechuza's Salvador Fernandez. But to his dismay, Salvador Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Higinio Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Micael having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lechuza had played much better football throughout.
