When Bruno Cristofor fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fragueyro AFC's protests and gave Bruno Cristofor a yellow card for diving instead. After 2 played minutes Fragueyro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Cristofor. After 11 played minutes Fragueyro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Kepa. Jonas Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Cutberto in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eulalio Kepa during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes Fragueyro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Kepa. 17 minutes into the match, Escriña AFC's Sebastian Cutberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Lopez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Inocencio Abaunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Escriña AFC's Zeledon Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Raymundo in the 30th minute of play. Sebastian Cutberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Lopez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Dionisio Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Zeledon Eguen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fragueyro AFC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Raymundo to make the kick off. Zeledon Eguen was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Dionisio Raymundo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dionisio Raymundo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Fragueyro AFC's zone, Inocencio Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Lopez came out of the goal and Inocencio Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Eulalio Kepa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Escriña AFC's Bartolo Havier got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Zeledon Eguen made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Marcelo Ekain sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Inocencio Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escriña AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Abaunza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Escriña AFC's goalkeeper Zeledon Eguen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Ekain. Inocencio Abaunza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Lopez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Saverio Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Eguen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fragueyro AFC's Eulalio Kepa got a free kick in the 89th minute. Inocencio Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Escriña AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
