To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Saverio Ramone came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Refrigeracion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Ramone couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Palben got free with Justo Haimar in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. RosarioCentraL's Justo Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Ramone in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, RosarioCentraL's Ernesto Semeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Elixio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Justo Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, RosarioCentraL's goalkeeper Justo Haimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Palben. Saverio Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Justo Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amado Macario kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ernesto Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leo Elixio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RosarioCentraL. Justo Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Ramone in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Ramone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Palben recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute Saverio Ramone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Semeno in the 62nd minute of play forced Refrigeracion's goalkeeper Leo Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Justo Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Ramone in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Marcial Burni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes, RosarioCentraL's Arturo Hodei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leo Elixio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RosarioCentraL reached it. After 72 minutes, Marcial Burni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Refrigeracion and the RosarioCentraL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Refrigeracion's Marcial Burni got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Refrigeracion booed when RosarioCentraL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Macario didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Urbano Abalos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Justo Haimar skillfully saved the ball. Jose Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Justo Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jose Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, RosarioCentraL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Quinto to maneuver through the defense. Justo Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Palben in the 87th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in RosarioCentraL fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Justo Haimar went to the wrong direction when Urbano Abalos was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. RosarioCentraL's Justo Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Ramone in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Refrigeracion getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Saverio Ramone hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Refrigeracion had won after a very even match.
