But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafino Socorro couldn't finish the play. Acostillas AFC's Fermin Berbiz got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Feo during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Acostillas AFC's Anacleto Feo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jorge Mundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Meder's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Fermin Berbiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Oier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Berbiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acostillas AFC's goalkeeper Jorge Mundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafino Socorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Oier having to interfere. Fermin Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafino Socorro struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Leandro Oier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acostillas AFC. Fermin Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Oier having to interfere. Edgardo Gil's late challenge caught a Acostillas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Gil helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Acostillas AFC booed when Armagedon Futboll Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafino Socorro made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Armagedon Futboll Club's zone, Serafino Socorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Oier came out of the goal and Serafino Socorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Venerando struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Leandro Oier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acostillas AFC. Lucio Venerando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Socorro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Acostillas AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Serafino Socorro might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Oier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafino Socorro ran back to his position shaking his head. Leandro Oier made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Severino Abeijon sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Serafino Socorro sped through Armagedon Futboll Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Oier. In the 73rd minute, Serafino Socorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Armagedon Futboll Club's Celedonio Aznar got a free kick in the 85th minute. Fermin Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Oier having to interfere. Edgardo Gil kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
