Spectators: 5782 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bonifacio Oihenarte took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cleto Ubelteso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Arnas went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 9 minutes, Serafin Panfilo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tinogasta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Panfilo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleto Ubelteso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Arnas in the 11th minute of the match. Serafin Panfilo charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Panfilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tinogasta FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Serafin Panfilo hit a great ball. LAGARTO's Blas Veto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tinogasta FC. Genaro Orland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Ubelteso having to interfere. LAGARTO's Cleto Ubelteso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Arnas in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Tinogasta FC's Niceto Ceandro got control of the ball when Hector Pello tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 31 played minutes LAGARTO got a freekick which was hit by Dante Perpinya. Cleto Ubelteso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Perpinya kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Cleto Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Orland, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Hector Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Oihenarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Hector Pello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Ceandro. Tinogasta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Pello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 47 minutes into the game, Nicanor James was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LAGARTO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tinogasta FC the free kick. After 47 played minutes LAGARTO got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor James. The LAGARTO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tinogasta FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genaro Orland to make the kick off. Tomás Arnas charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Arnas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of LAGARTO booed when Tinogasta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Arnass short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Cleto Ubelteso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dante Perpinya's late challenge caught a Tinogasta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Perpinya helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Dante Perpinya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Serafin Panfilo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After 83 minutes of play, Tinogasta FC's Genaro Orland made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Ubelteso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomás Arnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Cleto Ubelteso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Pello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tinogasta FC's Gerardo Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tinogasta FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
