Silvano Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gogo Nayely tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Nayely made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Silvano Blanco sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Sevirop defense, Benito Loreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Ponce. The Sevirop fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Ponce should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Sevirop's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Loreto came free, but Leonides Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valkiria's goalkeeper Gogo Nayely, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonides Clodio's late challenge caught a Valkiria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
