Trompul FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ariel the free kick. A collision led to Trompul FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Baldomero Frans hit a great ball. Amancio Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Asier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Ariel's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Bertol came free, but Lucio Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Cordarrol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Bertol, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Ariel's Lucio Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Bertol in the 33rd minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Ariel's Domingos Asier made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amancio Tristan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Justo Bertol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Cordarrol having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 78th minute, Luisito Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lucio Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Ariel's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Bertol came free, but Lucio Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trompul FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
