Lucio Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guernica AFC's Jeremias Pabla got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freddy Rocendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliciano Remir's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Feliciano Remir notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of LOS PIBES W's Freddy Rocendo. Freddy Rocendo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Freddy Rocendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Remir in the 13th minute of play. Feliciano Remir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Freddy Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Guernica AFC's Feliciano Remir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Rocendo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Remir in the 21st minute of play forced LOS PIBES W's goalkeeper Freddy Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Pacifico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Elias Gomesano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Guernica AFC's Jeremias Pabla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Rocendo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Freddy Rocendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliciano Remir's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Enzo Pacifico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS PIBES W's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Pacifico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliciano Remir struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Freddy Rocendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guernica AFC. After 40 played minutes LOS PIBES W got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Pacifico. After the first half Guernica AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Feliciano Remir made the kick off in the second half. Feliciano Remir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Cucao got free with Freddy Rocendo in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Feliciano Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Pabla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, LOS PIBES W's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Remir came free, but Freddy Rocendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Honorato Fidencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS PIBES W's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Fidencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeremias Pabla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Rocendo having to make a save. If Jeremias Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LOS PIBES W's Freddy Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Remir in the 93rd minute of play.
