Valentin Arano came out of the goal and Eulalio Izel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Tanio's late challenge caught a Argentina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Tanio helped the player get up and apologised. Fabio Tanio hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Obeko in the 25th minute of play forced Argentina's goalkeeper Augusto Illan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Dalmacio Koldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RACING STONE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Valentin Arano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Gaudencio Quintin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 46 played minutes RACING STONE got a freekick which was hit by Victor Gonza.

The wind increased when Primitivo Obeko made the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Oihenarte charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eulalio Oihenarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in RACING STONE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! 58 minutes into the game, RACING STONE's Primitivo Obeko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Illan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Gogo Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Valentin Arano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Tanio was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Fabio Tanio kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Eulalio Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Eulalio Izel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the RACING STONE defense, Gaudencio Quintin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Arano. The RACING STONE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Arano should have stopped the shot. If Gaudencio Quintin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Arano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaudencio Quintin's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When Argentina's Gaudencio Quintin in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
