An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Baumar in the 12th minute of play forced Tatay AFC's goalkeeper Herminio Celio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Baumar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herminio Celio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Tatay AFC's Herminio Celio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Tatay AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tatay AFC's goalkeeper Herminio Celio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelo Rubio might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Raymond. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Rubio ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Tatay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Baumar came free, but Herminio Celio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedicto Baumar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Herminio Celio came out and tried to block the shot, but Benedicto Baumar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 32nd minute. Herminio Celio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Fernandes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Herminio Celio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amado Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 50th minute Tatay AFC were awarded a corner. Silvio Anaya went to the cornerflag to take it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelo Rubio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Cayastacito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Celio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 100 minutes into the match, Cayastacito AFC's Benedicto Baumar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Celio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cayastacito AFC had played much better football throughout.
