Conrado Loi hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Bemabe came free, but Leopoldo Lehior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pereyra's goalkeeper Vicente Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Primitivo Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vicente Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Bartoli in the 21st minute of play forced Pereyra's goalkeeper Vicente Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Bartoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Conrado Loi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pereyra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Leopoldo Lehior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Loi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Leopoldo Lehior came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Pereyra's Conrado Loi. But to his dismay, Conrado Loi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Bartoli was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Almagro booed when Pereyra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pereyra's goalkeeper Vicente Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ariel Gombal hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Primitivo Tiso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Polo. Pereyra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Primitivo Tiso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the match was over Pereyra could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Lorenzo de Almagro throughout the match.
