Silvano Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Gaufred having to interfere. Ramiro Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Andalgalá FC's Bernardo Rafel got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ceferino Erlantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Andalgalá FC's Augusto Fix got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some careless play in the Andalgalá FC defense, Victoriano Figueroa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Erlantz. The Andalgalá FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Erlantz should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Victoriano Figueroa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Andalgalá FC's Ceferino Erlantz. Ceferino Erlantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 34 minutes into the game, Siro Gai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Andalgalá FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yo Quiero Juga the free kick. The supporters of Yo Quiero Juga booed when Andalgalá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Gai didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Figueroa in the 36th minute of play forced Andalgalá FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Yo Quiero Juga's Dario Gaufred got control of the ball when Silvano Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bernardo Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45thth minute of the game Augusto Fix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yo Quiero Juga's Dario Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardo Rafel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Gaufred having to make a save. The Andalgalá FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yo Quiero Juga were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Rafel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dario Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Rafel in the 52nd minute of play. Victoriano Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Valentine's late challenge caught a Yo Quiero Juga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Valentine helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Andalgalá FC got a freekick which was hit by Julian Valentine. In the 59th minute, Constantino Montrel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Andalgalá FC's Ceferino Erlantz didn't even have to move. 60 minutes into the match, Andalgalá FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Erlantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Jago. Victoriano Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Andalgalá FC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Fix. The supporters of Yo Quiero Juga booed when Andalgalá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Bernardo Rafel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andalgalá FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Rafel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Gaufred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Yo Quiero Juga supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yo Quiero Juga would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
