The referee ignored Ezpeleta AFC's protests and gave Gualterio Edwardo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Xerox FC booed when Ezpeleta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Curcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Enol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ubaldo Azibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Edwardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
