After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Candido Caitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calabacillas's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Caitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Guillelmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Calabacillas's zone, Cayetano Claris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Montay came out of the goal and Cayetano Claris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tinajeros AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
