When Agustin Madeo came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Anta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Madeo couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Salamon's late challenge caught a Ceres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Salamon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Anta AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nicolas Salamon hit a great ball. Claudio Guillelmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Guillelmo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Godfredo Cordera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anta AFC. Godfredo Cordera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Guillelmo in the 25th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Guillelmo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godfredo Cordera saved Ceres from getting behind. After 28 minutes of play, Anta AFC's Cecilio Pelagius made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Cordera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cecilio Pelagius who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Godfredo Cordera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Anta AFC's Claudio Guillelmo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ceres's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Claudio Guillelmo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Godfredo Cordera. Claudio Guillelmo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Claudio Guillelmo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Godfredo Cordera to make any attempt to save it. Ceres's Godfredo Cordera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Ceres from getting a goal against them. Ceres's Godfredo Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Guillelmo in the 45th minute of play. Cecilio Pelagius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Cordera having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudio Guillelmo to make the kick off. Godfredo Cordera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Guillelmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anta AFC's Claudio Guillelmo in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ceres's goalie prevented a goal. Cecilio Pelagius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Cordera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Cecilio Pelagius scored 6-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godfredo Cordera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Godfredo Cordera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anta AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
