Rigoberto Dei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Patricio Blai made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Eulalio Paskal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but German Gaskon was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Gervasio Hori hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Eulalio Paskal came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Yuquerí fans jumped to their feet. Justo Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Blai having to interfere. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Luján FC! After having played for 29 minutes, Rigoberto Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luján FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Dei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Gaskon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Paskal in the 32nd minute of the match. Rigoberto Dei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Patricio Blai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justo Bilintx struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Patricio Blai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luján FC. After a defensive mix-up in Yuquerí's zone, Rigoberto Dei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Blai came out of the goal and Rigoberto Dei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Paskal to make the kick off. Anier Acuña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but German Gaskon made a huge save. Delmiro Eufrasio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Luján FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Eulalio Paskal scored to the left of an out of position German Gaskon, making the score, 0-2. Felipe Ospetsu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Rigoberto Dei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 minutes, Mateo Nicholas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yuquerí and the Luján FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yuquerí's Mateo Nicholas got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Luján FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Hori to maneuver through the defense. If Eulalio Paskal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Gaskon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Anier Acuña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Yuquerí eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
