Spectators: 7135 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bruno Gregory started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Argina got free with Melquiades Bembe in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Odilon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Bembe was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Bruno Gregory capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bruno Gregory really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Melquiades Bembe was a little too slow when Maximiliano Beltran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Melquiades Bembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Unax in the 19th minute of play. Marcos Odilon might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Kinsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Odilon ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Danel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Unax in the 28th minute of play forced RIVPLATECH's goalkeeper Melquiades Bembe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Bembe was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Diego Unax capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diego Unax really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. If Flavio Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramiro Argi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Melquiades Bembe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Maximiliano Beltran. Melquiades Bembe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Gregory, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, RIVPLATECH's Justo Urti got a free kick in the 40th minute. Sportivo Suardi's Ivan Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Odilon in the 43rd minute of play. Bruno Gregory received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melquiades Bembe came out and tried to block the shot, but Bruno Gregory slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Odilon to strike the kick off in the second half. If Flavio Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Danel in the 59th minute of the match. Melquiades Bembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Beltran in the 60th minute of play. Sergio Chap's late challenge caught a RIVPLATECH's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Chap helped the player get up and apologised. Sergio Chap hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Bruno Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Flavio Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIVPLATECH's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Danel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Kinsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. RIVPLATECH's Ramiro Argi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Angelo Bazil in the 71 minute of the game. Melquiades Bembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Marquez in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Gregory during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivan Kinsen acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eugenio Edwardo. 84 minutes into the game, Flavio Danel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Kinsen. Flavio Danel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. If Flavio Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Marcos Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Suardi's Ivan Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Danel in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sportivo Suardi fully deserved thier win.
