Augusto Oliviero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Hustaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Palermo's Jeremias Distiratsu got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute Roman Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vicente Ostargi fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrellas Camineras's protests and gave Vicente Ostargi a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Manilan in the 14th minute of play. Nicasio Rayman, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Carolo Henrico kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Venceslas in the 18th minute of play forced Estrellas Camineras's goalkeeper Isaias Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Manilan in the 22nd minute of play. Camilo Seguinus charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Seguinus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Augusto Oliviero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Hustaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Augusto Oliviero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Ostargi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Deportivo Palermo getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marco Venceslas hit a great ball. Benito Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Augusto Oliviero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Cayetano Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrellas Camineras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Augusto Oliviero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Hustaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Deportivo Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Hustaz came free, but Augusto Oliviero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benito Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Camilo Seguinus was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Palermo's Camilo Seguinus got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Cayetano Mingo came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Estrellas Camineras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayetano Mingo couldn't finish the play. When Estrellas Camineras's Benito Hustaz, in the 71st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Estrellas Camineras. If Cayetano Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes into the match, Benito Hustaz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo Palermo's Augusto Oliviero. Augusto Oliviero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th minute, Carolo Henrico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Estrellas Camineras's zone, Roman Manilan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Erlantz came out of the goal and Roman Manilan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Estrellas Camineras's Benito Hustaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Oliviero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Augusto Oliviero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Hustaz in the 94th minute of the match. Deportivo Palermo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Estrellas Camineras had controlled the match.
