Mauro Gai charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Gai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Guerreros de Jah booed when Tablillas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Gai didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Tablillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Guillelme. Godofredo Cesario's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Benito Janpier on his right side and into the goal. 13 minutes into the game it was 1-0. In the 16th minute, Tomas Librado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázaro Mannuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tablillas FC's Lázaro Mannuel got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Librado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 27 minutes, Adrian Guillelme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tablillas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Guillelme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute, Rene Rocio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tablillas FC's zone, Nemesio Bikendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Janpier came out of the goal and Nemesio Bikendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomas Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Nemesio Bikendi made the kick off in the second half. Ismael Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benito Janpier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Bikendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lázaro Mannuel came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tablillas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Mannuel couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Tablillas FC's zone, Nemesio Bikendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Janpier came out of the goal and Nemesio Bikendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute Nemesio Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Silban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Librado in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Librado in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Silban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th match minute, Tablillas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Librado to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Benito Janpier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Guerreros de Jah's Nemesio Bikendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Guerreros de Jah's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lázaro Mannuel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Guerreros de Jah's Rafael Etxekopar got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute, Lázaro Mannuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Tristan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Janpier. Benito Janpier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guerreros de Jah had won after a very even match.
