Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Basilio Baladi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Victorio Ostots's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Cruz was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 5 minutes, Felix Mateo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neuquén and the Oetling AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Neuquén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Mateo to maneuver through the defense. Felix Mateo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Basilio Baladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Basilio Baladi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aaron Hondo, passed just outside the right post. Remigio Garoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Aaron Hondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Basilio Baladi took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aaron Hondo to make any attempt to save it. In the 16th minute Jesus Luzaide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Baladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Neuquén's Jesus Luzaide sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jesus Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aquiles Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquiles Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Ostots, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Oetling AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Samuel Cordara hit a great ball. Victorio Ostots sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Oetling AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Luzaide came free, but Aquiles Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorio Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Aquiles Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Aaron Hondo managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Oetling AFC's Remigio Garoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Victorio Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Cruz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Neuquén's Abel Ignado got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Luzaide was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Neuquén defense, Remigio Garoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Hondo. The Neuquén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Hondo should have stopped the shot. With his leg Aquiles Cruz managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Neuquén's Victorio Ostots fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jesus Luzaide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basilio Baladi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aaron Hondo having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, Oetling AFC's goalkeeper Aquiles Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorio Ostots. Jesus Luzaide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Aquiles Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Delmar Elizardo fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oetling AFC's protests and gave Delmar Elizardo a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Oetling AFC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Elizardo. After 84 played minutes Neuquén got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Luzaide. Victorio Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aquiles Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Luzaide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Oetling AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from Neuquén for much of the match.
