Chorrillos's Joel Ereinotz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Oliverio in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robustiano Cebrian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Natalio Urtungo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Cebrian having to interfere. Joel Ereinotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Cebrian having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Elordi's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Ereinotz came free, but Robustiano Cebrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Ereinotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elordi's Robustiano Cebrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Urtungo in the 27th minute of play. Joel Ereinotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joel Ereinotz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robustiano Cebrian having to make a save. After some careless play in the Elordi defense, Joel Ereinotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Cebrian. The Elordi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Cebrian should have stopped the shot. After 37 minutes, Justo Cesario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chorrillos and the Elordi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elordi booed when Chorrillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Cesario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natalio Urtungo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robustiano Cebrian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natalio Urtungo ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's Joel Ereinotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robustiano Cebrian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joel Ereinotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robustiano Cebrian having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Justo Cesario was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Justo Cesario kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Cristo Oliverio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chorrillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Oliverio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Amado Froila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's Joel Ereinotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robustiano Cebrian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Natalio Urtungo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Robustiano Cebrian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Elordi's zone, Gustavo Fero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Cebrian came out of the goal and Gustavo Fero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Elordi's goalkeeper Robustiano Cebrian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Urtungo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Sein in the 67th minute of play forced Elordi's goalkeeper Robustiano Cebrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalio Urtungo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Robustiano Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 minutes of play, Chorrillos's Natalio Urtungo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robustiano Cebrian was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Elordi's zone, Gustavo Fero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Cebrian came out of the goal and Gustavo Fero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes Elordi got a freekick which was hit by Amado Froila. Natalio Urtungo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elordi's Robustiano Cebrian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Elordi from getting a goal against them. If Natalio Urtungo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Natalio Urtungo could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Robustiano Cebrian however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Fero in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Urtungo got free with Robustiano Cebrian in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Ereinotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Urtungo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Robustiano Cebrian made a huge save. Cristo Oliverio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Chorrillos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Elordi.
