After a rather tough play, Campana's Albino Txartiko got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Campana's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Montes came free, but Amado Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Tartalo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Harkaitz in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adan Millrick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, C.A. Lanús's Teobaldo Eli got a free kick in the 29th minute. Christian Atarrabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Idacio having to interfere. Eustacio Harkaitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adan Millrick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Harkaitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicanor Fero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Millrick having to interfere. Lanús's Adan Millrick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Fero in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Montes was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Adan Millrick managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Campana's Nicanor Fero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raul Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eustacio Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adan Millrick didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. A collision led to C.A. Lanús getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Teobaldo Eli hit a great ball. Adan Millrick acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 72nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Americo Maldonado. In the 73rdth minute of the game Eustacio Harkaitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Lanús's Adan Millrick was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Fero in the 82nd minute of play forced C.A. Lanús's goalkeeper Adan Millrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adan Millrick, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eustacio Harkaitz struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Adan Millrick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campana. Eustacio Harkaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Campana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
