Danilo Quintyn struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Albino Corderro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azucena FC. Norberto Cresitobalo's late challenge caught a Azucena FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Cresitobalo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, po0pPeErS's Norberto Cresitobalo got a free kick in the 29th minute. When Cesar Jurdan came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the po0pPeErS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Jurdan couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Pedro Handi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ariel Maidana. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 39th minute, Cesar Jurdan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Augusto Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Albino Corderro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Quintyn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Augusto Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azucena FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Corderro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner led po0pPeErS's Evelio Hats to fire away a dangerous shot which Ariel Maidana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. po0pPeErS's Albino Corderro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Quintyn in the 76th minute of play. Pedro Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Maidana having to interfere. A collision led to po0pPeErS getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Julio Perez hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Esteban Elodio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and po0pPeErS's Albino Corderro didn't even have to move. A hard shot 96 in the game by Augusto Beltxe from a close distance when the talented Albino Corderro managed to make a qualified save. po0pPeErS's players were relieved. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
