Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jacinto Nuñez made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Tambo getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Silverio Pere hit a great ball. Tambo's Albano Ebardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Roldanillo in the 15th minute of play. Moises Michael scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albano Ebardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Rico having to interfere. Niceto Argi's late challenge caught a Yasupiste's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niceto Argi helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Yasupiste a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Urbano Federigo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tambo's Albano Ebardo. 1-2. Albano Ebardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Michael in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Tambo's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Roldanillo came free, but Albano Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match Urbano Federigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albano Ebardo skillfully saved the ball. In the 48th match minute, Tambo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Pere to maneuver through the defense. After 49 played minutes, Yasupiste's Urbano Federigo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albano Ebardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yasupiste reached it. After the first half Yasupiste were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Roldanillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aquilino Roldanillo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Albano Ebardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yasupiste. Aquilino Roldanillo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Jorge Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Aquilino Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yasupiste's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Roldanillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Ebardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, Tambo's goalkeeper Albano Ebardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Michael. In the 70th minute, Alonzo Quentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albano Ebardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Roldanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 74 minutes, Prudencio Berart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tambo and the Yasupiste players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tambo's Prudencio Berart got a free kick in the 74th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aquilino Roldanillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Albano Ebardo. That made the score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. Moises Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Ebardo having to interfere. Silverio Pere kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Moises Michael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Ebardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Roldanillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Moises Michael came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Yasupiste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Michael couldn't finish the play. The Yasupiste supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yasupiste would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
