Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 7 minutes, Jaime Llorenc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PIPONETA and the Ancón players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Gimenez in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimiro Palban prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Furman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ernesto Cordarell hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Carlos Gimenez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PIPONETA's Vladimiro Palban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Carlos Gimenez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Gimenez in the 44th minute of play forced PIPONETA's goalkeeper Vladimiro Palban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimiro Palban made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Mariano Panpili sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Gimenez to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Ancón got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Panpili. With his leg Lucas Elequemedo managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when PIPONETA's Nestor Nahia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 55th minute, Esteve Indar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Panpili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimiro Palban read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Nestor Nahia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Lucas Elequemedo made a huge save. Ancón's Lucas Elequemedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Unai in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ancón's Modesto Salvidor got a free kick in the 61st minute. Mariano Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Palban having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Esteve Indar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PIPONETA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ancón the free kick. A collision led to PIPONETA getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Esteve Indar hit a great ball. Vladimiro Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Llanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Nemesio Unai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PIPONETA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Unai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the PIPONETA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ancón.
